Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is heading overseas again for his latest string of summits with Commonwealth, G7, and NATO world leaders in Rwanda, Germany, and Spain, respectively.
Russia's war in Ukraine and the chaos it's creating on the global food supply chain is expected to dominate Trudeau's agenda. Ukraine and Russia are two of the world's largest food producers.
The war has not only disrupted that production, but Russia is now actively targeting Ukraine's agricultural capacity, and destroyed some stores of grain at Black Sea ports.
