There's no credible reason to question Rwanda's record, according to the Home Secretary James Cleverly, who's been in Kigali signing a new treaty he hopes will get the Government's asylum seeker policy back on track.

Last month the UK's Supreme Court blocked plans to deport illegal migrants there, saying it was unsafe.
But Mr Cleverly lavished praise on what he called Rwanda's "humane and professional administration of refugees".
