A new report in the United Kingdom says Black people who are restrained by police are far more likely to end up dying compared with white people in similar circumstances.
Campaigners say part of the problem is racist attitudes, but data collection is also an issue.
A charity says police data does not paint a complete picture, as only deaths in police custody — when a person is actually under arrest or in jail — are shown.
