Homes have been flooded and residents left in tears after defence barriers were breached in a town previously hit by flooding last year.
Bewdley in Worcestershire, which was also devastated by heavy rainfall last February, saw its temporary storm surge barrier overwhelmed overnight.
Dan Madden told Sky News it took him "years and years" to be able to buy a property - and now he has become one of many residents whose homes have flooded for a second time.
