Sky's Alistair Bunkall reported from Heraklion Aiport on the Greek island of Crete, where UK holidaymakers were left stranded after an air traffic glitch caused delays and cancellations.

He spoke with stranded traveller Nadia Tolchinsky whose son had diabetes and was running out of insulin medication, making their journey back to the UK a "crucial" one.
