The president of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of its capital, Abu Dhabi, has died, aged 73.
The UAE announced 40 days of mourning for Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who had been in power for 18 years, after succeeding his father in 2004.
