Proper shelter is the most urgent need now for earthquake survivors.
The UN says more than five million people are left homeless in Syria and more than 1 million in Turkiye are in tents and temporary shelters.
The Turkish government has temporarily banned the export of containers, which are now being used as emergency housing.
