Turkey earthquake: Families in Besni recount horrors of losing loved ones

More than 25,000 people are known to have died and entire communities were lost after Monday's deadly earthquakes and aftershocks in Turkey.

Among the heartbreaking scenes, there have been some moments of hope that have appeared as rescue crews are able to retrieve those buried under the rubble, but they are becoming even rarer as the days wear on.

Jackson Proskow was the first journalist to reach one devastated neighbourhood waiting for help. But as he reports, the residents say they're in a desperate situation as many recount the horrors they've faced losing loved ones.
