John McDonnell, who was Labour's Shadow Chancellor under Jeremy Corbyn, has criticised the government, saying it's in 'absolute chaos'.

He told Sky's Kay Burley the tax cut U-turn will lead to "long-term" issues, as markets will not be sure of the Chancellor.
