Trump assassination attempt: Biden says no assumptions should be made about the shooter’s motive

US President Joe Biden has addressed the nation, following an assassination attempt on his rival in the election race, Donald Trump.
Biden said he had a short but good conversation with Trump following the incident.
He's also asked for an independent review of what happened at Trump's rally and will share the findings.
