The murders came to light when the remains of one of the victims were found in a dumpster and Winnipeg-owned landfill, while two other victims are believed to be in a landfill outside of the city.
As Marney Blunt reports, while Skibicki's lawyers want him found not criminally responsible due to mental illness, the Crown argues that he knew what he was doing the entire time.
