Tory leadership: Braverman backs Truss to deal with cost of living crisis

Suella Braverman has told Sky News that Liz Truss has the “right plan” for dealing with the cost of living crisis and is the right person to lead the Tory party because of her tax-cutting agenda.

The Attorney General also said she would “welcome” a rise in interest rates, adding that the Bank of England has been “too slow”.
