The new US secretary of state has laid out how Joe Biden's administration plans to rebuild the United States' ties with the rest of the world.
Antony Blinken says if Iran returns to full compliance under the 2015 nuclear agreement, the US will also come back to the deal.
Former US President Donald Trump had pulled out of the agreement in 2018.
