Tobias Ellwood calls on Tory MPs to get 'grip of the situation'

Tory MP Tobias Ellwood says the current situation requires a "two-phase plan" to "prevent a collapse of government".

The first stage being "collective discipline", and the second for the PM to "show and commit to honestly addressing this question of leadership."
