Human rights groups say Nepalese authorities are cracking down on criticism of China's 1951 annexation of Tibet.
Up to 20,000 Tibetans have lived in Nepal for decades and have staged protests in the past but that has all but disappeared as Beijing and Kathmandu draw increasingly closer.
