As the conservative leaning U.S. Supreme Court prepares to reconvene, concerns continue to mount over abortion rights across America. Earlier in September, the court declined to block a Texas law that sparked a near-total ban on abortions in the state from taking effect.

As Jennifer Johnson reports, thousands of women are marching in protest, as the court prepares to hear a Mississippi case taking direct aim at Roe V. Wade, which has guaranteed abortions in the United States for nearly 50 years.
