The United Nations says thousands of internally displaced Afghans are arriving in Bamiyan following intense fighting in surrounding provinces.
They are among about 300,000 people displaced across Afghanistan since May. The UN Humanitarian Coordinator fears if there is no ceasefire, things could get much worse.
