The Prime Minister says she's "incredibly sorry to lose" Kwasi Kwarteng as Chancellor but she had to act "decisively" in the best interests of the country.

Liz Truss also confirmed the government would raise corporation tax next April to 25% from 19%, despite pledging not to do so in the mini-budget.
