Philadelphia's mayor expressed frustration with gun laws in the U.S. following the shooting of two police officers near the site of a Fourth of July concert on Monday.

1:15 "A lot of goofballs are out there with guns and they can get them anytime they want. This is what we have to live with."

"This is a gun country. It's crazy. We're the most armed country in world history and we're one of the least safe," Mayor Jim Kenney told reporters.

Both of the police officers injured in the shooting were released from the hospital, Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw told reporters. One suffered a graze wound to their forehead and the other police officer was struck in the arm."
