'Things are getting better': Sam Coates joins Rishi Sunak on his election trail

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has got his election campaign trail underway with a tightly controlled audience, including two Tory councillors wearing hi vis jackets and asking him questions.

He will be travelling around the four nations in a span of just two days, making full use of a private jet funded by Tory donors.

On the campaign Rishi Sunak admitted there are no prospects of flight to Rwanda taking off before the election in July.
