A thick layer of fog engulfed parts of the national capital on Sunday including Rajghat and Punjabi Bagh. According to the India Meteorological Department, moderate fog was also observed in isolated pockets in Uttrakhand, eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Chandigarh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura in the morning.
