Shadow Minister for Public Health Andrew Gwynne said he thought the Public Order Bill - that was rushed through before coronation to give police extra powers - was "disproportionate" in the power it gives to officers.

He also discussed the government's GP announcement calling it a "very shallow offer" and said that we need a "proper transformation of primary care".
