The Legend of Ogopogo: The history of lake monster sighting claims in BC

Okanagan's legendary lake monster, Ogopogo, also known by its Indigenous name Nx̌aʔx̌ʔitkʷ may have been caught on camera snoozing just beneath the water’s surface back in October.

Dale Hanchar and his wife Colleen along with their friend Myrna Germaine Brown were enjoying an unseasonably warm day on the lake Saturday when they caught sight of something in the water they couldn’t explain away.
