Journalists all around the world are detained, kidnapped and killed - simply for reporting the news.
In the past thirty years 1,400 have been killed - and the vast majority of those responsible for their deaths have gone free.
So how can this grim statistic be changed? A collective of advocacy groups has come together in The Hague to bring awareness, but will it be enough to turn this around?
