Walt Disney Co. is suing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis after a year of trying to outmaneuver each other. The dispute between Disney and DeSantis started over a law signed by DeSantis called the Parental Rights in Education Law. Disney’s lawsuit alleges violations of several provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
