Police in Uvalde, Texas, have been criticised for the time it took to stop 18-year-old gunman Salvador Ramos in the shooting that killed 19 children and two teachers. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)

He was reportedly in the school between 40 minutes and an hour before he was killed.
