Forty-six people have been found dead inside a lorry in Texas with the Governor of state putting the blame firmly at the US President's door.

Temperatures inside the lorry are thought to have exceeded 100°F (38°C). A further 16 people, including four children, were taken to hospital with heat stroke and exhaustion.
