Live footage outside city hall in Zvecan and from South Mitrovica bridge following tensions as Serbs try to re-take city halls that were occupied by Kosovo police last Friday by force. Snap elections on April 23 were largely boycotted by ethnic Serbs and only ethnic Albanian or other smaller minority representatives were elected in the mayoral posts and assemblies.
