Gujarat: सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ (Teesta setalvad) और पूर्व IPS आरबी श्रीकुमार (RB Srikumar) को 2 जुलाई तक के लिए गुजरात पुलिस (Gujrat Police) की रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया है. गुजरात की अहमदाबाद क्राइम ब्रांच (Crime Branch) ने इन दोनों की 14 दिनों की रिमांड (Remand) मांगी थी लेकिन कोर्ट ने 2 जुलाई तक के लिए रिमांड दी है. अहमदाबाद के घीकाटा स्थित एडिशनल चीफ मेट्रोपोलिटन मजिस्ट्रेस 11 नंबर की कोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई थी. सरकारी वकील मितेश अमीन ने बताया कि हमने कोर्ट में दलील शुरू की थी.

इस दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आए फैसले का गहन अध्ययन किया गया. उसके बाद हमने शिकायत पर कार्रवाई की है. हमने शिकायत में कोई डील नहीं की है. शिकायत सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के तुरंत बाद दर्ज की गई है, इसलिए जांच भी तुरंत होनी चाहिए. आपको बता दें कि इसके पहले शनिवार को गुजरात एटीएस की टीम ने सीतलवाड़ को हिरासत में लिया था. समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई के मुताबिक सीतलवाड़ के खिलाफ अहमदाबाद क्राइम ब्रांच के एक इंस्पेक्टर ने एफआईआर लिखवाई जिसके बाद एटीएस की टीम मुंबई में उनके घर पहुंच गई.

तीस्ता (Teesta setalvad)को हिरासत (Detain) में लिए जाने के बाद पहले मुंबई के सांताक्रुज़ पुलिस स्टेशन (Police Station) ले जाया गया. इसके बाद गुजरात पुलिस (Gujrat Police) की एक टीम उन्हें अहमदाबाद (Ahamadbad) ले गई. रविवार को तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ ((Teesta setalvad)) का मेडिकल करवाने के लिए उन्हें अहमदाबाद के सिविल अस्पताल ले जाया गया. वहां उन्होंने पत्रकारों से कहा कि उनके हाथ में चोट आई है और उनका मेडिकल टेस्ट कराया गया है. उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट लेकर जाया जा रहा है.
