The 13th summit of BRICS was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that they have also adopted the BRICS “Counter Terrorism Action Plan”. PM Modi said that this is the first time that BRICS has taken a common position on "Strengthening and Improving Multilateral Systems".
