Taliban tightens grip on Afghanistan with capture of more cities

The Afghan government has so far been unable to stop the Taliban from seizing control of huge swaths of the country. The insurgents now control some two-thirds of the nation as the U.S. and NATO finalize their withdrawal after a decades-long war there.
