Authorities in Taiwan say dozens of people are still missing or stranded following Wednesday’s earthquake. It was the strongest earthquake to have hit Taiwan in 25 years. Emergency crews are working to clear roads and secure damaged buildings. At least nine people were killed and more than one thousand injured when the quake struck Hualien City on Wednesday morning. DW Correspondent James Chater reports from outside a damaged building there as rescue and clean-up efforts continue.
