Taiwan hit by strongest quake since 1999, at least nine dead, 736 injured

A powerful earthquake has hit Taiwan, killing at least nine people and injuring hundreds more.
Dozens are trapped in tunnels and collapsed buildings.
The magnitude 7.2 quake struck off the east coast.
It was the strongest to hit the island in 25 years.
