वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी कैंपस में निचली कोर्ट के आदेश पर ASI की टीम ने आज सुबह सर्वे शुरू ही किया था, कि 4 घंटे में इस सर्वे पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ब्रेक लग गया। ...ASI के 32 लोग 4 टीम बनाकर सुबह 7 बजे ज्ञानवापी पहुंचे। चारों टीम के काम बंटे हुए थे। एक टीम ने ज्ञानवापी की पश्चिमी दीवार की जांच शुरू की, जो कि मंदिर जैसी दिखती है। दूसरी टीम ने मस्जिद के पास चबूतरे का सर्वे शुरू किया। ...तीसरी टीम ने गुंबदों का और चौथी टीम ने कैंपस का सर्वे शुरू किया। सबसे पहले कैंपस के चारों कोनों पर कैमरे लगाए। फिर पूरे कैंपस को फीते से नापा। कई जगह मिट्टी के सैंपल लिये और इन सबकी बाक़ायदा वीडियोग्राफ़ी-फोटोग्राफी की गई। हिंदू पक्ष मौक़े पर था। ...लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कल ही मना कर दिया था कि वो सर्वे में हिस्सा नहीं लेगा, बल्कि इसे रुकवाएगा। ...ऐसा ही उसने किया भी।
मुस्लिम पक्ष ठीक उसी वक्त सुप्रीम कोर्ट में था, और उसे कहा कि...जज साहब सर्वे को रुकवाइये, ये सोची-समझी शरारत है, क़ानून का उल्लंघन है। चीफ़ जस्टिस ने कहा कि ASI टीम सिर्फ़ माप ही ले रही है। इसपर मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कहा कि- मी-लॉर्ड, ज्ञानवापी साढ़े तीन सौ साल से मस्जिद ही है, खुदाई की इतनी जल्दी क्या है?..साल 2021 में हाईकोर्ट ने सर्वे पर रोक भी लगाई थी।...इस दलील पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि ठीक है, हम 26 जुलाई को शाम 5 बजे तक सर्वे रोक रहे हैं, आप हाईकोर्ट जाइये, जो भी बात है वहां जाकर सामने रखिये। ...और इस तरह ज्ञानवापी पर दूसरा सर्वे...टेंपरेरी ही सही, पर रुक गया। यहां फिर याद दिला दें कि इस सर्वे में वुजूख़ाने वाला हिस्सा शामिल नहीं है। यानी वो हिस्सा शामिल नहीं है जहां हिंदू कहते हैं कि शिवलिंग मिल चुका है और मुस्लिम कहते हैं कि वो शिवलिंग नहीं फव्वारा है।
मुस्लिम पक्ष को डर है कि जैसे पहले सर्वे के बाद फव्वारे को शिवलिंग बना दिया गया था, वैसे ही इस दूसरे सर्वे के बाद मस्जिद को मंदिर ना मान लिया जाए। ...तो ऐसे में बड़ा सवाल है कि फिर केस सुलझेगा कैसे?..

The Chief Justice said that the ASI team is only taking measurements. On this, the Muslim side said- My Lord, Gyanvapi has been a mosque for three and a half hundred years, what is the hurry to dig?… In the year 2021, the High Court had also stayed the survey… On this argument, the Supreme Court said that it is okay, we are stopping the survey till 5 pm on July 26, you go to the High Court, whatever is the matter, go there and put it in front. ...and thus the second survey on Gyanvapi...temporary indeed, but stopped. Remind here again that the Wujukhane part is not included in this survey. Means that part is not included where Hindus say that Shivling has been found and Muslims say that it is not a Shivling but a fountain.
The Muslim side is apprehensive that the mosque may not be considered a temple after the second survey, just as the fountain was converted into a Shivling after the first survey. ... So the big question is that how will the case be solved then?..
