चार-चार अदालतों में मुकदमे...तारीखों पर तारीखें...लंबी-लंबी सुनवाई और दलीलों पर दलीलें...। ...लेकिन आज अहम फ़ैसला आने के आसार हैं। ज्ञानवापी का सर्वे होगा या नहीं...इसपर थोड़ी देर में फ़ैसला आ सकता है। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में इस वक्त दूसरे दिन की सुनवाई चल रही है। कोर्ट हिंदू पक्ष और मुस्लिम पक्ष के साथ सर्वे एजेंसी यानी ASI को भी सुन रहा है।..

हमें कोर्ट के अंदर से जो ख़बरें मिली हैं वो बताती हैं कि मुस्लिम पक्ष सर्वे को लेकर डरा हुआ है...और दूसरा पक्ष उसके मन से डर निकाल रहा है। कोर्ट दोनों को परख रहा है। मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कल कोर्ट में कहा था कि ज्ञानवापी की जगह कोई मंदिर था ही नहीं..मस्जिद तो हज़ार साल से है। फिर ये अंदेशा जताया गया कि ASI वाले जिस तरह कुदाल लेकर पहुंचे थे, अगर खुदाई की तो मस्जिद को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है। ...इसपर अटॉर्नी जनरल ने कहा कि ऐसा कुछ नहीं होगा, ASI को अपना काम करना आता है। अटार्नी जनरल ने कहा कि सर्वे का मक़सद सिर्फ़ सच का पता लगाना है। ...हिंदू पक्ष ने कहा कि ज्ञानवापी में मंदिर होने के पूरे सबूत हैं। मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कहा कि मुकदमा काशी विश्वनाथ ट्रस्ट ने नहीं बल्कि तीसरे पक्ष ने दर्ज कराया है, और 19 मुकदमे पेंडिग हैं। ..इसपर हाईकोर्ट ने ये भी पूछा कि 2 साल से मुकदमे क्यों लंबित हैं?

Litigation in four courts…dates upon dates…long hearings and arguments upon arguments…. ...But today an important decision is likely to come. Whether there will be a survey of Gyanvapi or not… a decision can be taken on this in a while. The hearing is currently going on for the second day in the Allahabad High Court. Along with the Hindu side and the Muslim side, the court is also listening to the survey agency i.e. ASI.

The news that we have received from inside the court tells that the Muslim side is scared about the survey...and the other side is trying to remove the fear from their mind. The court is examining both. The Muslim side had said in the court yesterday that there was no temple in place of Gyanvapi.. The mosque has been there for thousand years. Then it was feared that the way the ASI people had reached with the spade, if they dig, the mosque could be damaged. ...On this the Attorney General said that nothing like this will happen, ASI knows how to do its work. The Attorney General said that the purpose of the survey is only to find out the truth. ... The Hindu side said that there is complete proof of the existence of a temple in Gyanvapi. The Muslim side said that the case was not filed by Kashi Vishwanath Trust but by a third party, and 19 cases are pending. ..On this the High Court also asked why the cases are pending for two years?
