Getting aid into the most affected regions of Syria continues to be a major challenge. And now security concerns are making some situations unsafe for international aid workers.

But as Redmond Shannon reports, bilateral relations in both Turkey and Syria are seeing partnerships overcome political differences.

Plus Rahul Singh, the executive director of humanitarian aid organization GlobalMedic in Toronto, has had plenty of experience coordinating aid and relief to disasters like the ones in Turkey and Syria and shares his perspective on the need for aid.
