More than 13 million Syrians – around half the pre-war population - are either displaced within the country or are sheltering abroad.
And there are concerns that worsening economic conditions are threatening to uproot millions more.
Many are in camps in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, where their lives have been filled with poverty and uncertainty.
