Super typhoon Goni slammed into the Philippines on Sunday bringing ferocious winds and heavy rains to the country. At least four deaths have been reported.

The typhoon prompted about a million people to evacuate from the regions in its projected path, including the capital.

Residents have been warned of storm surges, landslides and massive flooding.
