Colombia’s government has announced plans for a deep-water expedition to explore the legendary galleon San José, which sank in the 18th century with its cargo valued at billions of dollars.

Shipwreck expert and treasure hunter, Brent Brisben joined Breakfast to talk about this adventure and his own salvage expedition for the 1715 Treasure Fleet, which saw a haul of 350 gold escudos worth $4.5 million USD.
