In Sudan's eastern city of Port Sudan, a new displacement camp has opened, housing thousands who fled conflict between the Sudanese army and Rapid Support Forces. The conflict has caused Sudan's largest displacement crisis, with 9 million internally displaced according to the UN. Many have moved multiple times due to expanding fighting. Aid organizations struggle with access and resources to help those in need. The conflict continues, leaving no end in sight, and displaced individuals hope for a return to their former lives.
