Strikes: English nurses 'being punished and left behind" by PM - union leader

English nurses are being "punished and left behind by Rishi Sunak", according to the leader of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

Pat Cullen, general secretary of the RCN, said she was available to negotiate with the Prime Minister today and if he made her an offer, tomorrow's strike could be averted.
