Storm Ciaran: Water disrupted for thousands in Guildford and Surrey

Thousands of people in Surrey still don't have running water after Storm Ciaran caused a power outage at a treatment plant in the county.

Thames Water has apologised for the ongoing issues, with as many as 12,000 people possibly affected as a major incident was declared in the county over the weekend.
