Starmer: National Insurance rise is 'the wrong tax at the wrong time'

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer condemns the rise in the rate of National Insurance, saying it's hitting people and businesses hard.

He said that the UK was in the worst cost of living crisis for decades, and that the Government was choosing to increase taxes on working people.

Sir Keir also called for tougher sanctions to be placed on Russia over the war in Ukraine, saying that the Labour Party would support them.
