Stalking legislation: Victims' commissioner Claire Waxman calls for reform

Victims' Commissioner for London Claire Waxman is calling for wholesale reform of the country's stalking legislation -- after a damning report laid bare the sheer scale of the problem.

In her review, Ms Waxman says the Criminal Justice System is failing victims, with stalkers allowed to hide in plain sight.
