Thousands of medical workers in Spain have gone on strike to demand better safety and working conditions as the country battles one of the worst outbreaks in Western Europe.
They say they are exhausted after months of dealing with the pandemic - and plan to strike on the last Tuesday of every month until their demands are met.
Spain has imposed a nationwide curfew on the entire country, bar the Canary Islands.
