South Sudan ambassador says they are 'willing to receive' refugees fleeing conflict

South Sudan's ambassador to the UK Agnes Oswaha has said they are "willing to receive" refugees fleeing Khartoum and the western region of Darfur.

She also warned that the country's health system is on the verge of collapse.
