More cases of the new coronavirus variant first found in South Africa have been discovered in eight areas the country.

Those infected had no recent travel history or links to South Africa.

Postcodes affected are London (W7, N17, CR4), West Midlands (WS2), east of England (EN10), the South East (ME15, GU21) and the North West (PR9).

Free tests are being offered in those postcodes.
