That's a far cry from its peak earlier this year, when the country saw more than 400,000 COVID cases a day. Now, however, India's health care system is contending with another disease: dengue fever. There's an outbreak across northern India. In the capital of Delhi, some hospitals are running out of beds and doctors are turning away patients.
