Solid research backs strict limits on alcohol consumption, says panellist

There has been a 'phenomenal' amount of research in the last decade on the risks associated with alcohol consumption, says St. Francis Xavier University's Dr. Kara Thompson, a member of the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction panel, which found that no amount of alcohol is considered safe for one's health.
