Small boats law will have a 'tough time' in the House of Lords - Tory MP

Earlier tonight, the Illegal Migration Bill cleared the House of Commons, meaning it will pass to the Lords for further debate.

Conservative MP Tim Loughton - who tabled an amendment on the bill - has suggested it might have a "tough time" clearing the House of Lords.
